Notice to consumers on the withdrawal of LUXORA Ocean Dream Earrings

Consumers are hereby notified that the product LUXORA Ocean Dream Earrings (70-95567-Y-P) from the website www.dr-luxus.hr is NON-COMPLIANT, and its withdrawal from the market is therefore ordered.

On 08 October 2026, the authorized laboratory, the Educational Institute for Public
Health "Dr. Andrija Štampar", Mirogojska 16, 10000 Zagreb, submitted the Test Report
for analytical number 05600728/26 of 06 October 2026, from which it follows that the tested
product sample "LUXORA Ocean Dream Earrings" (earrings made of 316L medical
stainless steel with 18 kt gold plating) IS NOT COMPLIANT with the requirements of Regulation (EC) No.
1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council on registration, evaluation, authorization and
restriction of chemicals (REACH), as well as the requirements of Article 3, point 7 and Article 59 of the Regulation
on the health safety of consumer products ("Narodne novine", issues 125/09, 23/13,
90/13 and 53/22), since the testing procedure determined that the tested sample released
0.9 µg of nickel/cm²/week in a sweat solution over one week, i.e., an amount of nickel
greater than permitted, and therefore the product in question poses a risk to human health.


Customers who have purchased the product are called upon to return the product to the return address, and their money will be refunded.
